BIT TORRENT?!?!?!

I've been using bittorrent for a long long time (about 1 1/2 years). Recently I read about some guy getting busted for downloading a movie from it. I thought it was impossible to get your IP address tracked because of the central servers or something like that. I'm really worried because w/o bittorrent that leaves newsgroups and those aren't always reliable.

bt is the easiest of all peer to peer systems to track you down.

The iplist is single click away in bt.
The tracker is centralized.

Soooo stop downloading from bittorrent then? i mean seems pretty damn risky with all the law suits popping up every freaken day

links now work the server was down.

BTW - It does seem that you could very easily be tracked using BitTorrents. And considering that the latest round of RIAA lawsuits are just naming peeps by IP addy...
