W32.Beagle.A@mm is a mass-mailing worm that accesses remote Web sites and sends email to any addresses it finds. The email has the following characteristic.


VBS.Zsyang.B@mm

VBS.Zsyang.B@mm is a Visual Basic Script worm that mails itself to all the contacts in your Microsoft Outlook address book. The worm also carries a payload that attempts to delete the Registry Editor.

Word is it is suppose to execute/self-destruct on Jan 28th. It usually arrives with the subject line "Hi" and "test : )" in the body text. Worm activates when the user clicks on the attached blah blah blah. Worm also attempts to install and backdoor on infected machine listening for activity on port 6777. That is all...

It's seriously amazing how these email-attachment viruses can do so much damage again and again. You would think people are so used to spam and fake emails by now, that they would be a bit more weary when opening attachments.
