Everybody but me probably already knew this information. I have a Belkin 4 port KVM. I use a Logitech optical mouse. For quite awhile now, whenever I switch with the KVM the mouse pointer freaks out. It jumps all over the place, opening programs and doing all kinds of wierdness. After a couple minutes it would settle down and be ok. Then select another computer and go through the same thing. It got so I would switch computers, don't touch the mouse, walk away for 5 minutes and things would be ok. Well I finally got on the Belkin site and found out that if you use software other than MS you will have this problem. Delete the Logitech software from each computer and all is good again. I am really really glad thats all it was. Thought I was going to have to buy another KVM. Maybe there is someone else that will be glad to know this.
