Info on FX5600U 256Mb???

Hi, I'm trying to find details on the performance of the above.

I'm looking at buying the MSI "NBOX" FX5600 ULTRA 256 DDR MB Card

I have been quoted a GPU clock speed of 235 MHz core and 800 MHz DDR memory, does anyone know if this is correct, the GPU speed seems very low?

How does that compare (performance wise) to the FX5600 Ultra 128 (350/400Mhz GPU, 700/800 Mhz Memory) or to the non-ultra version with 325Mhz GPU / 550Mhz memory?

I need an Nvidia card with ViVo & I have the offer of the Nbox FX5600 Ultra or the MSI FX5600 VTDR128 (Can't afford any 5700's) & am trying to figure out what's best.

I'm not really into gaming, but it would make sense to get the quicker of the two, just in case! I can't afford a 5700/5900 BTW!
