Opera keeps using cached pages HELP

When I load a page here at RRF I then have to go and press reload to get the actual page instead of the cached one. Is there any way to stop this other than turning off document caching?

File --> Preferences --> history & cache -->
Check Documents = CHANGE to "ALWAYS"

Otherwise it only checks every 5 hours..
Thats ok for most sites, but for forums it needs to be more often

Thanks I hadn't noticed that.
I'm also wondering what people think of Opera 7.5. I dont really like the way the panels work now. Especially how it comes up everytime I start Opera. Other than that it's pretty good. I moved the stuff around to make it look more like the old way though, plus I added a "Download with Getright" (download manager) to the right click.

One feature I like the most (which was in older version I just didn't know about it then) is the middle click to open in background.

I prefer the normal download manager from Opera... less 3rd party apps to install and bog down the machine

It still allows to resume downloads pretty good

Opera's manager is good for some situations but Getright has mirror searching and more configurability.

Wow thanks vass, I was wondering how to fix that. That was really my only complaint about Opera. Man you'd be surprised what you learn just messing around.

Especialy in Opera. Its pretty much the best app for windows ive found. I wish the explorer shell had some of the stuff opera has.

Yeah, I turn the "check every time" option on for broadband, but OFF for dialup (it's worth things being slightly outdated sometimes so you don't have to wait 10-15 seconds per click of the "back" button.

I change it so much, I wish they'd put it in the quick preferences (f12) menu.
