Overclocking system monitoring software.

What is a recommended(free) software to monitor the results while overclocking a computer?I have been checking the bios to see the results.Here is what I am overclocing,
Epox 8KHA+ with a AMD XP1500. I am currently at a XP1800 with the following settings,
Vcore-1.85V
CPU Temp - 45C, up from 42C.
CPU - XP1800, processor is a XP1500.
VDIMM - 2.5, not touched. Should this be changed?
CPU Clock - 143
FSB - 1502MHZ(143X10.5)FSB286

What 'results' are you trying to find?

CPU-Z might give you the info you are looking for (site is a little slow currently)

Or, if you are looking for other statistics, you might like Motherboard Monitor. (I haven't verified if your motherboard works with this program or not..)

Also the NVIDIA System Utility will show you how your system is looking. You can change the FSB in there, but I dont know how to keep the settings into the next restart, as I cant access advanced mode.

And as rp said, the Motherboard Monitor is a nice little tool to see your temps, voltage, etc..

I want to monitor the cpu speed,FSB,Vcore,cpu temp and any other pertiment settings. I want to see how far I can push the system with the current hardware installed. It appears that a CPU clock of 143 is the max setting before it becomes unstable, had a windows startup error but I am running at the moment.

I would look at the specs on your RAM. By adding too much voltage to the RAM, you could easily shorten the life considerably. Check the manufacturer's website for the specs on the RAM, and see if it can support up to 2.7v or so.

If your bottleneck is your RAM, the voltage *could* help, but I think that relaxing your memory timings might help even more. Increasing your memory timings (slower delay) could allow your RAM to perform better at higher FSB rates.
