IE Hangs when switching windows

Whenever I have 2 IE windows open and switch between them, the window hangs for about .6 seconds.

This is really annoying, but I don't know what to do to fix it, am I going to have to resort to a reinstallation of Windows?

It might be spy ware. Have you tried Ad-aware or Spy Bot?

Yep, all Awaware finds are tracking cookies.

It might be the tracking cookies. I've never had a problem if I deleted everything that Ad-aware or Spy Bot finds. They don't usually bring up the good cookies.

yep, I deleted everything and it still does it.
