Cam keeps turing off.

After my 3 year long battle trying to get a decent web host and webcam stuff I have won almost. I am using a video cam inputed into my computer through a tv tuner card for my webcam. But the problem is that it keeps turning off(the camera). Both of the ones I have do that. They turn off after about 5-10min. I think it is some power saving thing but is there a way to make them stop?

Err. THat would be the cammera and therfore need to research the models and etc. to find the solution. I hook my handy cam up through my f wire now. But before I sued tuner. It never shut down on me. So its def the camera/s. I have Handy cam tvr-320 and ATI tv wonder VE, win XP and ME. Works in both fine.
