Finding processor temp?

Hi. im new to this so bare with me. Im thinking of putting extra fans to help cool my system down. I tried everything but i cant find where to see the processor temp, harddrive or other cards. I used PC wizard and all it said was harddrive 41C. I want to find out what my processor is running at. Is this safe for the HD to run at 41 C ?

I don't actually know what the estimated max temperature of an hard drive is - I guess it depends on the model.

Depending on your motherboard, you should be able to check your CPU's temperature through the BIOS.

By the way, what are your system specs?

you may find using Aida32 will make it easier to view temps in "real time".
http://www.aida32.hu/aida-download.php?bit=32
just choose the personal version, install, and run.
Under "Motherboard" there should be an option called "sensor"
it should be under there...

The Motherboard Monitor is also a nice tool. It is also what I am currently using to monitor my temps.
