using same disk(os)in diffrent pc's

I have 2 pc's and I am about to buy a windows 98 cd. What is the situation with using this cd to install 98 on both of my pc's Im only using it on the second pc because my original 98 on the machine has gotten a virus that is just screwing everything up and I want to reinstall. Does this screw your system up, Can someone explain this.

Shouldn't have an issue with installing... maybe iffy on the leagality of doingit.

According to M$, you need to have a seperate license for each machine you operate.
