Hotmail + Avenue A, Inc. = Spyware?

I wen to check my hotmail account, and all of the sudden I get a message from spybot telling me it has blocked the download of "Avenue A, Inc".

I was like WTF!... so went and googled a little, and came up with this

I've been using hotmail for a while now, and didn;t realize it was linked to spyware!!! (even if it's just a coockie)

that used to happen to me at msn.com but i dont go there any more so i dont know if it still would.
