how to share internet dial up access

...to a standard user of a win2k machine.

when i use a standard user account, i cant seem to find the dial up shortcut to the isp which was created by the administrator. if i create one within the user account and dial, the system locks up or becomes unstable. is there any work around to this?

i want to restrict people from using my administrator account when i am not in the house.. just to avoid misuse.

next question if i install a new program using the admin account, how do i specify that every user can use that program. because not all proggy that i installed is placed in the 'all user' folder.

i still cant do much with win2k but i like this OS. any help please... thanks.

Have you tried entering the Admin account, and just creating shortcuts to the already made connections, and placing them on the user's desktop? (drive:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Desktop)
