i am building a water cooled system will this have about all the stuff i need does this come with the thing on top of the case thanks

it looks like from that first site that YES you can use the CPU cooler from there, the CPU 200 i believe works with XPs.. and NO the case does not come with it

Yes it does as it houses the radiator/reservoir and pumps/cooling module/fans/LED display/power control board---you will need a cpu block, (chipset/hdd coolers if you go that route) and dont forget a good powersupply...
