My first question ....are all PS2 mice pinned out the same?
looking at it from the front what is the pin/signal assignment?
mouse clock
mouse data
5vdc
ground
I know these are the signals but don't know which is which. TIA

ps2 pins and color coding are standard. if you want to verify, get a busted ps2 mouse, splice the cable and use a continuity tester and test which cable goes to a specific pin.
