O/C a 3200+..Worth doing it?

I jsut bought an Athlon 3200+ is it worth O/C at all or should i jsut keep it where it is at. 2.2ghz?

Well,

I don't have the XP3200+, but the XP3000+ with 400Mhz bus.

I've been able to get it as far as 2.5Ghz and damn she's fast, but she won't do a Mhz faster then that, whatever way I try it.
I've set it back to default tho, since it is fast enough at that speed, and when I have the need for speed, I play underground.

But seriously, I doubt you'll need the extra few Mhz it can give you at the moment.
I'd say wait with the o/c'ing till ya really need that extra few.
