Looking to Expand My Knowledge

I haven't really been up-to-date with all the recent web technologies, but I now feel the need to expand beyond just HTML. What would any of you recommend that I learn as far as the web goes? I've been thinking about picking up a book on PHP/MySQL. Any recommendations?

Thanks.

I'm lookin' for a book, mainly, so I can take it wherever I want and read it in bed. I saw a couple that looked good at Barnes and Noble, but I wasn't too sure.

SitePoint is a great site for learning the latest Web technologies.

Kevin Yank's PHP book is great for beginners.

Thanks for the recommendations, guys. I went to Barnes and Noble, and picked up a book called, "PHP and MySQL For Dynamic Websites." It's been pretty darn helpful thus far.
