Mail Essentials For Exchange (5. - 2k)

Very easy to use and uses DNS BlackLists and key word lists to help minimize spam. It also allows for minimal administrative over head as it has the option to create a "Junk Mail" folder for each user on the server. Users can check there own spam for valid messages and handle them accordingly or you can just go through all of it at the administrative level.

Very handy, In 30 days, the Black Lists have blocked a total of 6814 Spam messages,

The Keyword filters have blocked 5699 for a combined total of: 12, 513!!

Another free option for Outlook is Spambayes. We use it here and it works great. Not an Exchange addin, but worth a look anyway.

Yes, we use it.. You can try it out for 60 days free, by simply registering. If you dont want to register it will run for 30 days free. I dont have it setup on my Exchange server, for testing I opted to have Mail Essentials receive the email process it, then send it to the Exchange server. I definitly recomend this and the pricing is very reasonable.

Try it out on a test machine to look at the features, the website I provided also has a few presentations that highlight all the key components of the software.

After I ran it for 40 days or so we purchased the lisences because it was just to good to turn away from IMO.

Cheers,

The best spam blocker I have ever used is popfile http://popfile.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl

This was featured in Maximum PC's january edition and I must say this program is sweet. It take a little bit of configuring your mail client but it will definitely save you room in your inbox.

good luck.
