Please HELP

I've been having problems with my laptop(Dell Inspirion). It's not even 2 years old and unfortunately at the time I never bought a extended warr. I sent it to these guys 3 times to fix it(a vendor) and they still can't.
The laptop now wouldn't boot. In the past they have said it was a power supply problem internally(they fixed that), then the same thing happened again. This time they said it's my hard drive. So they replaced that.
Now my laptop wouldn't even boot up! I don't hear any sounds, nothing. power completely dead.
battery was ok when I last checked.
Can anyone help me understand this so it wouldn't cost me any more money. Or do I need to spend more money on a new laptop?

Okay, first off, give us specifics and basics...

Any lights on the power supply?

Is it a working oulet?
(do other things work when plugged into the one you are trying to use)

Do you have a multi-meter to check voltage of the power supply?

Might try clearing CMOS or pulling the battery out of the motherboard for a few seconds.
