What mobo will you be using?

Toms has an interesting article that will guide you.

Be careful when buying memory to upgrade. I went to get myself some upgrade memory. and the sales person recommended (Spectek select) when I install it, It turn out to be less memory than what I already had and I mess up my pc. I really didnt know how much memory I already had so I brought it thinking I was upgrading. careful

IMO the brand of the memory itself isnt that important if we are speaking of various quality brands. You wont see much different (if any) between them. The prices are very similar too. But if you really have to choose then I would go for OCZ

I have reviewed Corsair's TwinX1024-3200LLPRO offering here at TechIMO with great results....

I've used OCZ for awhile now and I am very impressed with the performance. If you are unsure if your MB will support it you can contact OCZ or check out the site and see what boards they have tested.

I had a stick of Mushkin DDR400 (which I wish I would have kept) and it worked very well with my OCZ.
