Kids WinFast 2000 XP-lower tv channels bleed

Just installed WINFast TV 2000 XP. The lower channels bleed to the point they are not worth recording. Clarity fine on TV on same cable splitter. I have isolated all but the cable going to TV In on card, but this does not clear the problem. Using XP on a new Dell Pentium 4 at 2.40 GHz with proper specs.

I have a TW RR booster on all TV lines within home, but I am told that the booster is not in front of the line in front of the cable modem. I have contacted Time Warner asking about a booster on the spliter going to TV IN that is in front of the modem.

Do you think I have a signal problem, a hardware problem, or is this all that I can expect with this card? Any suggestions?

upgrade version

Is my problem unique, or not a problem as there are no responses, nor could I find an image of my problem in FAQ, or Google.

I just installed Winfast2000XP Deluxe, and found there was a driver upgrade with XXX.XXX.XXX.275 where my install from the disk on the only file that displayed a version was XXX.XXX.XXX.273. I went through some path, my computers, etc. looking to install upgrades after I downloaded the latest .zip upgrades. XP software in that try displayed that what I have, is the latest. I can't see that .273 to .275 would help my problem of a TV card display that has enough distortion would be improved by this .002 move. But, I guess, so did, the upgrade path.

Time Warner/Road Runner is coming out to check my connection signal. I will be shocked if they send someone who has the authority, knowledge, etc. to help here and I understand their position.

So, can one of you point me in a direction for solving this problem.
I have mailed LEdtex, but my hopes aren't high here, either.\?
