Second Hard Drive

Have XP installed on a small HD,C:, and a CD-RW,D:. Installed a second HD with XP for additional space. However, it is now E: with my ROM still being D:. When I boot up I can choose C: or E:. When I boot up in C: I can "see" E: in My Computer or Windows Explorer. Problem is when I boot up in E: there is no C: listed. Any help

If I understand your post correctly, you have XP installed on each drive? If so, not sure why you'd want to do that as it would only be necessary to have it installed on one drive....the second install is just wasting storage space with redundant system files IMO.....

Is "E" fat32 by any chance? Or are they both NTFS?

You don't need XP on the 'E' drive. Your comp is giving you the option of which XP OS you want to boot from C or E). There is nothing wrong with having XP on 2 drives but there is no need for it unless there is something wrong with the XP install on the 'C' drive.

If you had come here before you installed your drive, none of this would have happened.
