PcMark2002 and HDDs

I finally got a RAID 0 setup and working on my machine, I want to know if there is a way to make sure that when I am running a benchmark like PCmark2002 that it is using my RAID 0 setup and not my normal drive? I tried installing the PC MARK 2002 onto the new RAID but I didn't see an improvement on the HDD score, so I am thinking that it is still testing my normal HDD and not my RAID. Is there a way to assign the drive that it tests? Does the full version of PC MARK 04 have that option?

I know PC Mark 04 lets you asign which drive to test. Don't have a clue about the RAID though.

Are you talking about the full version or are you talking about the free download able version? I only have the free version right now.

I did it in the full version, you probably can't in the free version.
