What is openme.exe?

I am having a strange problem where at a random time my desktops icons and the taskbar will dissapear only leaving the background wallpaper. (Like Explorer refreshing.) After a second or two the icons and taskbar reappear and I get an error message along the lines of "Windows could not find openme.exe...."
I have not got a clue what openme.exe is or was. I do not recall having any programs installed that even come close to being called openme. I have run spybot and adaware which didn' find anything and I have also checked whats in start up.
Any ideas how I can fix this?

Wow, Thanks for the fast replys. I followed the steps in the link and removed the Trojan. Not sure how I got it in the first place as I do have an AV prog running .
