OCing and CPU info for Urban

Once I got my heatsink on there right temps have been in the high 80's and that has compelled me to start overclocking again.
Asus a7n8x dul
AMD 2600+(T)
Thermaltake volcano 11+

At the moment I have it up to 2.3Ghz but it is reggin at 2800 in AiDA32. What are the setting would you use for each processer. The multi and FSB settings.

What could I do to go farther.
