I recieved this email which looks official but must be a scam since they are asking me for info like ss# and pin #. How can I verify this and who can I report it to?

Yeah, it is a scam. The best place to find out about these isn't only the link Martoch sent you, but you can also hit the community forums on eBay. My wife frequents there quite a bit (*Boom!* is her handle) and they are knowledgeable on these topics.

when you report the info to paypal, dont forget to include the full email headers so that they can trace the ip address of the sender.
