driver for graphics card

I have a 32mb graphics card and I need a driver for it.
There is no name on the card.
I've been to driverguide.com tried a variety of searhes only to come up with too many different possible drivers or none at all.
Here are specs off the card:

video 118pci-32tv
82118m/v4
n1058 (with a circle with a check in it)
in fcc block stamp jtnmc 82118pci
