Outdoors z-680's AHHHH HELP!

Ok I am getting really mad with Logitech. I ordered some z-680's about a month ago. I noticed with everything turned up and the volume at about 1/4 the way turned up there was a buzzing noise...ok I thought so I sent them back to newegg....Just got the new speakers today and I have the same problem...I have tried them on my XBOX, PS2, DVD player and my PC and it still has the buzzing noise...I don't know what is causing this...maybe another defective set or is it something I am doing... here is the logitech help page for buzzing etc. Plz help I don't know what to do. BTW the first solution seems the most logical for me but like I said I have tried it on multiple items and it has the same effect...so I don't think it is the sound card. I have no other input cables except for the digital out I am using...and I am using nothing else on the same circuit that draws a lot of power. I don't know about the last one. Also would this be under the hiss?? If so then I could move the sub away from my "listening position". I can still hear it a little bit from about 7 feet away...

Well one thing that I've heard is using better quality speaker wire. It wouldn't hurt to try. Though it sounds like it's your sub buzzing? so new wire wouldn't help that.

Is the power in your house grounded? You could be getting 60Hz hum. That'd be pretty random since my speakers aren't plugged into a grounded outlet and they don't buzz, but it's something to check.

Oh no, this is very popular with the z680s. Go do some google searches. They released a new firmware for them like a year ago. You must have gotten a old set... twice.. :-\. Alot of people said, after bitching with logitech long enough on the phone, they sent them the new firmware/speakers. Not all uptodate on it all tho. Like I said go search google.com for z680 buzz .. or noise. You'll see.
