I'm very pleased with an Antec Trueblue 480, replacing an Enermax 350 (was also happy with that but needed more power).

Antec, Sparkle... won't go wrong. If you buy a more powerful (higher wattage) PS, it won't work as hard... and if it has auto-speed adjusted fans, it would throttle back to a lower noise level.

Its good too. As long as you stay with name brands, you shouldnt have problems.

Check out Allied also. My 300w single-fan Enermax hasn't given me any trouble yet, but the voltages aren't as tight as I'd like them to be. Antec makes rockin' PSUs, and if you are feeling rich go for a PCPower&Cooling TurboCool - nothing can beat those suckers.

I use Enermax and Raidmax units for the majority of my builds.

i have the thermaltake 480w... and boy - it is head over shoulders over any other psu i have ever used. the rails are within 1-2% most of the time, NEVER 5% no matter how hard i pushed my pc (overclocking... YES!!).
