I think the main issue will just be the shape/size of the case....if it is a regular small atx design I think you could get a motherboard for it. Just look at the back of it and see if it looks like a normal atx type arrangement of connectors etc.
With that small power supply you might want to upgrade that also...you can get micro atx supplies at

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...alog=58&depa=1 I am just guessing that you have a small "mini atx"power supply like that one...but the 145 watt supply that came with it isnt really strong enough to hold much of an upgrade.
So then it would be a matter of getting a micro atx sized motherboard to fit....and also a cpu of course.
It is getting to be a pretty extensive upgrade....almost to the point where youd start thing of just selling that one and putting it toward a new one.
But, it is upgradable.

It could have a normal atx power supply..not sure. I think you can tell by how many screws it has in the back...I think the micro sized ones have 3 screws...regular atx have 4.
