Chipset/VGA Coolers

i just got my radeon 9800 all in wonder AGP. i dont have a chipset fan just a sink right now.. i have water cooling but my room gets hot because my mom hates when my windows are open(she says opening windows makes the house hotter). anyways whats the best chipset fan out there or where can i find the Swiftech chipset water block?
