Need help finding a MoBo

I need to find a MicroATX MoBo that will work with a Celeron 667Mhz CPU. i want this as a replacement board for the
Tri-Gem/E-machine Cognac board that HP put in the Pavillion 6740C machine.

Reccomendations and links appreciated.

You may have a problem using any standard form board in an HP, even microATX. Have you checked really closely to be sure? But I do believe I have one that may fit the bill if interested.
