Email travel info

I have a travel agency, I send out weekly specials via email. Up to this point I have just attached the word doc. but now so many clients will not open attachments. I would like to have the specials open right on the email page when the email is looked at. i tried to copy and paste from Word to Outlook but it was out of alignment. I tried sending it from Word but it miss aligned. Is there software or another way to do this.

try coding it in HTML, then email to your clients?

In addition to your current problem, you might note this also. I used to receive similar emails from computer parts suppliers in MS Word format and I could never open them as I didn't have Word on my home pc. So I never got to read any of these advertisements/specials. Due to the cost of MS Office many pc's now come with Word Perfect or other word processing software besides Office.
