Help with TMPGEnc please

Ok, I go to use this program to convert a movie to MPEG2, and in the middle of it a popup comes up and says "Index of scan line is out of range(184)" Then another one comes up "Illegal floating decimal point calculation order"

Anyone have an idea as to whats going on?

Thanks,
Bingo
