overclock utility

Got my Powercolor 9600 XT the other day. What are some of the utes out there to push this as best I can. Seems like rage 3d is one and maybe tweak something or other. Can someone with more "kung fu" than me please list them and which YOU prefer and why. TIA

Yeah, Rage3D Tweak is a nice one. I used it and its easy to use and is a good all around utility.

I thought the 9600XT has auto overclocking?

I don't think they do, atleast depending on the brand, if you had an asus card or another one that the manufacture comes with an over clocking util.
You'll likely just have to stick with RadLinker.

The 9600XT and 9800XT has Overdrive, which basically overclocks the core of the video card for you but only by a few MHz.
