Overclocking..! Yeah.!!

After a long time i decided i would like to Juice up my system just little bit more.
Is there any good aplication to overclock your video card per say,i Got ATI 9700Pro and if possible what would be a recomendable settting.
My sys Pref are..Pentium4 2.53 GHZ
1GB PC-800 DDR Memory
Audigy gamer sound card.
What is the best way to overclok the Processor?
What would be a recomendable clocking?
Please assit me on this..

www.overclockers.com is a great site with lots of tips and a HUGE overclock database. Check it out, but its only for cpus.

hmm.. thats a pretty fast CPU. if ya over clock it ya might need a new heatseek. i bet ya can over clock it maybe another 200mhz

You may be able to get your proc up to 2.8Ghz, I've seen it done with a beefy heatsink. MaximumPC mag's Dream Machine 2002 had a 2.53 and used an Alpha heatsink with the bundled Delta fan. Check it out here for the review:

Edit: You posted that you used "PC-800" DDR memory. Uh, there is no such thing. Are you thinking of PC800 RDRAM, which is no longer viable? Please, before you overclock, grab yourself some PC1066 or PC1200, whatever you can afford, before you OC you system. Your benchmarks will thank you.

Also, what motherboard are you packing?

Here is what you gotta use to overclock your video card. Just dont raise the memory too much at once and make sure you are pretty cool inside. Cooling helps in situations like this.
