helicopter flying techniques

Anyone know any helicopter flying techniques in desert combat. I really suck at flying helicopters.

and also I suck with shooting missles from airplanes

any tips?

heh, I love when people crash right after take off because they have no clue what there doing. I use the mouse to control the helicoptor and I have no trouble. It still take me a bit to steady it out but I use combination of the movement keys and the mouse when turning and when I wanna go I move the mouse up really far to point the nose down. I suggest getting the mini heli-coptor and practicing a ton on that. Its easy to control and small. As for firing missles its kinda hit and miss on that. There is no true way to hit them unless they dont know your behind them and you can steady yourself right behind them. At that point I release all the missles I have in hopes of hitting the plane. Thats about all

I use the wasd keys for my throttle and rudder controls and the mouse as my joystick. The only thing that I need is an adjustable throttle ( wonders if he could keybind the mouse wheel to the throttle.... )

It took a while to learn how to fly the heli's proficiently, but once you do, you'll never fly a plane again. Now, if I could just figure out how to get that Harrier to hover without flopping over like a beetle flicked across a hard floor...

Copters are HARD> Planes are a breeze. Just bomb BEORE the target adjusting distance by speed. Usually a scale of about 20 yards does it if flying low. Higher and faster you are the more distance before target you must release bomb. I also find a near transparent map + making it large helps me find my targets better. Whn dog fithing I - the map again. Love to dog fight. THats me filling your tail with holes on line. LOL-hehe. If ya ever see a Sgt.Lost while playing any Bf 1942 or expansion thats me.
