Hooking a console up to WinFast TV2000 XP Tv tuner

Can anyone explain how to do this to me? Im pretty sure its possible (heard of other people doing it).

Im trying to hook up my gamecube so i can play it on my monitor (was playing on a 13 inch tv before). Ive got the WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe tv tuner, and im not sure how im supposed to go about doing this.

Step by step intructions would be nice, but i would be thankful for any help.

I hook up my ps2 to my tv wonder pro through this

It came with my tv tuner card

one thing I noticed it the picture quality isn't the greatest and my old vid card wouldn't work with it and I had to upgrade. the picture quality is ok now(nothing special) and it works with my new redeon 9800 pro.
