I'm buliding a new computer and i need a video card. Should i get ATI or Nivida? Make sure to sugest which card such as the 9800 ect. thanx and no ati sucks or the other way around. Just sugestions.

My price range is 0-150$. I use my computer for extrem gaming and web surfing.

Ok i went to this site:http://www.buy.com/retail/computers/...ch&dcaid=16009 i found that the cards are good and cheap out of those cards which is the best that is under 150$?
