Question about athlon 64 3200+

ok here is my question. Just where are you supposed to put the thermal paste on this processor...I mean i don't see a die in the middle anywhere?? and i've read somewhere it didn't have a die or whatever...but back to the orginal question. thanx for any help.

sorry the title should have 3000 instead of 3200

Put the thermal paste on top of the entire heatspreader, same as Pentium 4 processors.
