Not only do I just love it when I solve the problem RIGHT after I post a thread, but I love the straight-forward, understanding of computer settings (you'll understand the sarcasm later).
I got it to work! Yep, now look what CuteFTP reports:

For the record I will state what I had to do:
I went into BulletProof FTP's Options and found the PAssive Mode page. I unchecked the setting "Use passive Mode"
