FTP can't PASV!

I have been sitting here for hours trying to get my darn FTP do accept PASV (passive) mode. The weird thing is, it worked just yesterday! Here is what CuteFTP says:

STATUS:> Login successful
COMMAND:> TYPE I
200 Type set to I.
COMMAND:> REST 100
350 REST supported. Ready to resume at byte offset 100.
COMMAND:> REST 0
350 REST supported. Ready to resume at byte offset 0.
STATUS:> This site can resume broken downloads
COMMAND:> PWD
257 "/" is current directory.
COMMAND:> TYPE A
200 Type set to A.
STATUS:> Retrieving directory listing...
COMMAND:> PASV

Then it will sit there for ever. If I uncheck the "Use PASV" option in CuteFTP's options it works fine. I have all the right options setup in BulletProof FTP. I have it set to fixed IP and then entered my IP. It has been working fine for almost a month, then it just stops working.

?!?!?!?

Not only do I just love it when I solve the problem RIGHT after I post a thread, but I love the straight-forward, understanding of computer settings (you'll understand the sarcasm later).

I got it to work! Yep, now look what CuteFTP reports:

COMMAND:> REST 100
350 REST supported. Ready to resume at byte offset 100.
COMMAND:> REST 0
350 REST supported. Ready to resume at byte offset 0.
STATUS:> This site can resume broken downloads
COMMAND:> PWD
257 "/" is current directory.
COMMAND:> TYPE A
200 Type set to A.
STATUS:> Retrieving directory listing...
COMMAND:> PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode *************).
COMMAND:> LIST
STATUS:> Connecting data socket...
150 Data connection accepted from ***********; transfer starting.
STATUS:> Received 2171 bytes Ok.
STATUS:> Time: 0:00:01, Efficiency: 2.12 KBytes/s (2171 bytes/s)
226 Transfer ok
STATUS:> Done.

For the record I will state what I had to do:

I went into BulletProof FTP's Options and found the PAssive Mode page. I unchecked the setting "Use passive Mode"
