frequent error message for ie
i've been getting messages that ie has caused an error in MSHTMC.DLL a lot. i recently had to reinstall ie and windows and i'm worried i messed it up some how. what's wrong?

What OS, what version of IE? Depending on those, you might be able to use IE's repair function in Add/Remove Programs.

What are your system specs?

Oh . . . that explains it.

Looks like M$ has a hotfix here for just that error. You might just try Windows Update instead.

so the ie has an error in kernel32.dll are also going to be fixed?
