Is 166 mhz is right voltage setting for this cpu?
Help will be appreciated!

If I am corect I believe you are refering to the FSB of your processor. For that processor the FSB is 333. So yes yes 166 would be corect. (2x166). You just don't see the 2x shown.

i tink it depends there are some xp3000's that are 400fsb i believe . if it is a 400fsb cpu then you will want 200 .

You're right, newegg advertises one that is 400fsb.

I just have one more question to add to this!!???
If I ran this cpu @200fsb will it do a damage to cpu? (it's 333fsb version).

333fsb should be ran at 166 unless your overclocking

Yes I am running it at that speed now but I was wondering if I did run it @200 is that going to damage my cpu?

as long as the temp is not too high at the moment you should probably be able to OC some.
