Adobe help

I saw some really good videos in one of my classes before the break and some of the really cool things my classmates did with some pretty bad equipment is amazing. I asked one of my classmates and he said he used Adobe Premiere 6.0. Does anyone know of some good Adobe Premiere 6.0 tutorials and Adobe Photoshop 7.0 tutorials?? Thanks
