Depending on the brand of your laptop, your manufacturer might provide a utility to create floppy disks from the .CAB files from win95. I doubt these utilities still exist, as win95 is considered unsupported now.
There have been a few people that managed to shrink Win95 down to a small 10mb or 5mb file, but both sites have gone away or the information removed.
You could go onto the Win95 CD, and copy the CAB files from the CD onto the zip disk, and copy those cabs to the laptop. (Do as many as will fit at a time until you've transferred them all over.) Then, run the installer (setup.exe?) to install win95.
