MOBO Problem

For some reason I can no longer use two drives on the IDE ports, one drive works OK on both and the raid ports still work OK, am I missing something or did I blow the ports?

Are both drives on the same IDE channel? With some RAID controllers, both drives have to be either both Master or both Slave on separate channels to function as an array. Have you swapped 'em around lately or did this just up-and-happen-all-of-a-sudden-like?

The setup has been the same since I installed the board and it worked fine, I use it to ghost the sys to a separate HDD once a week , I have a mobile rack slaved to the burner and it quit working so I moved it to the cdrom cable and no go there either so I changed the cables and the mobile rack, double checked the jumpers and still no go, I'm at a loss, I think the ports are gone but i'm still looking.
