Any Fireworks/Dreamweaver experts out there?

I'm in the process of updating the the nav bar on a website I've tinkered around with over the past year or so.

To make the navigation bar I've decided to start playing around with Macromedia Fireworks MX (normally I soley use Dreamweaver MX)

any how, I'm having a problem with a pop-up menu working right when uploaded.

Mouseover on the "Main Quest" icon and the pop-up menus arent right at all, they seem to be missing the background image part of each item.

Heres a screenshot of what its sopposed to look like, this was viewed from the "preview in browser" of dreamweaver

Also a side note, all the pop-up menu things are links, yet it gives the text selection cursor rather than a little hand for a link, anyone know why it would do this as well?

Thx,
Andrew

Err, i'm a complete retard lol
I've been trusting the dreamweaver "include depedent files" feature for too long, it didnt upload a couple neccesary images... however it still seems to have some sort of a square image location underneath the submenu with a dead link (and the whole image directory is uploaded now so I dont think its another case of missiing file)

Also can anyone figure out the cursor problem with the links though?

Well perhaps my problems weren't as odd as I once thought.

I got that "stray" image taken care of.

Also I discovered that in internet explorer (i normally use mozilla firebird), it shows up normal with the little hand for links, whereas in my normal browser it does not... oh well... according to the webserver stats like 99% of the visitors use internet explorer so I'll let it slide for firebird.

ugh, well I finally finished the whole nav panel and ran into a slew of problems =(. Its sorta working now, but I realized that between all the images and stuff I guess its consuming quite a bit of size.

For some reason now when I try to "import fireworks HTML" from the stuff fireworks exports, dreamweaver sits there using 100% processing power for literally like 10 minutes before it finally pops up with the html stuff (it took about 30 seconds or so when I was about half done with the nav bar).

http://s89855300.onlinehome.us/morrowind2/index.html

Also, when I tried to import it into my template it was giving me all kinds of javascript problems. I'm not really sure what I did, just kept trying lots of random copying and pasting and saving of files and finally I got it working....

What do you guys think? Lemme know if something doesnt load right or whatever.

Also I'm afraid for those people who are on dialup it might just plain be too darn slow, not to mention incresaed bandwidth consumption on my web hosting.

Anyone know why dreamweaver might "freeze" up like this while importing from fireworks? It doesnt seem like for an 80k file it could possibly sit there and actualy be doing something for that long, and theres no visibl hard drive activity (light doesnt flash).

Note:

Old page is here if anyone wants to compare:
