Finance Change Eye Color!

ok 1st january and a new Photoshop Tutorial.

i did it because a search bot reached my site with "how to change eye color in pics" so i thought that would be a nice tutorial. i did it in 30 minutes, hope you like it

Well, here is my first go (actually about the 5th) I had problems with the gradiant coming out WAYYY to opaque.

looks good, but when you zoom in you can see that the black isnt black at all, did you use Brightness/contrast? maybe you used it too much

well ok then it's something with the gradient map, was the color on the left side #000000 ?

strange, you cut it out, desturate it, put gradient over it and it turned out like this?

Creatures instead of using mask have you ever tried soft lighting the eyes? I'll do one real quick for an example and edit it in.

Those are the AMD girls that were at open day Kansas Speedway I'll take a ss so show what I mean. Just a second. BTW I could have picked better color for the eye's I just did Oh well
