How do you make cars for VC. I using 'zmodeler' right now but i cant edit the cars

You need to use the IMG Tool (search on Google) to open gta3.img.

When you're done editing your desired car, you need to go to the tool, delete the appropriate files (the new files won't overwrite), add your file(s) and rebuild gta3.img .

I'm not exactly the best at this but thats my 2 cents at it.
