Send a message via AIM to Army2001

what os are you running?

if you are running windows

right click on my computer, and click properties.

at the bottom it should tell you how much ram you have installed

here is a picture to help you.

or if you have the machine off you can turn it on and the screen that starts up should tell you how much you have installed

The memory stick should "click" into place if it is in right.

Little plastic clips on the end snap into place by themself.

Make sure the slot it lined up right, should not have to force it.

Shortcut to System properties is: Hold down "windows" key, hit the "pause/break" key.
