Systems Help! Need a copy of ginamsi.dll!!!

I loaded winXP and wanted to enable easy user switching, but it said a program associated with the file ginamsi.dll would not allow it. Stupid me, I didn't go into the system32 directory and rename the file... I just deleted it. Now I can't log into my system at all...

I've read the threads and know the solution to getting easy switching back (uninstalling the MSI lockbox program), but first I need that file back so I can log on to uninstall it!!!

Any help???

Regards,

Travis

Boot w/ your XP CD and go into Recovery Console. You can then copy the file(s) needed.

thanx, but I don't have an issue copying the file, I no longer have the file. It's not a WinXP file, it's from MSI (the motherboard manufacturer), but I can no longer find the disk for the program it came from...

Need some help from someone with an MSI motherboard...

regards,

Travis

The "Lockbox" application can be d/l'd here

Maybe you can install it in SafeMode if you can get in that way.

I tried to find their website, but didn't occur to me to put the .tw on the end...
